Jessica Rodriguez Joins Varnum as Counsel in Naples Office

Seasoned litigator augments market-leading community association practice

Varnum LLP is pleased to announce that Jessica Rodriguez has joined its Naples office as Counsel.

With a practice focused on representing homeowners and condominium associations (HOA and COA, respectively), Rodriguez brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in litigation and other real estate disputes to the team. She enjoys assisting clients on all aspects of community association operations and governance and has a strong background handling disputes involving the enforcement of HOA and COA rules and regulations, contracts and governing documents.

Rodriguez’s addition to the Naples office exemplifies Varnum’s ongoing commitment to expanding and enhancing its real estate capabilities. Her arrival comes on the heels of the firm’s investment in substantial new office space located at 4501 Tamiami Trail North.
