Varnum LLP is pleased to announce that it advised Master Wireless Holdings, LLC, one of the largest AT&T authorized retailers in the Midwest, in the sale of 33 stores across Michigan and Wisconsin to Alliance Mobile Inc., a portfolio company of private equity firm Centre Partners Management.
The transaction strengthens Alliance Mobile’s presence in the Midwest, expanding its reach into traditionally underserved regions. The deal highlights Master Wireless’s significant role in providing telecommunications services to rural and underserved communities as a leading AT&T authorized retailer.
