Varnum partner Jaye Quadrozzi was recently named to Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s “Influential Women of Law” Class of 2024. The program recognizes women attorneys and judges for their work with clients and the justice system, their commitment to community and their service to the profession.
Quadrozzi specializes in complex commercial litigation, focusing on business disputes with a particular emphasis on intellectual property, including patent, trade secret and copyright infringement cases. With extensive experience in handling multimillion-dollar cases across federal and state courts nationwide, Quadrozzi has built a distinguished career marked by high-profile, precedent-setting cases. Notably, Quadrozzi represented Oakland County in the City of Detroit bankruptcy, the largest municipal bankruptcy filing in U.S. history.
In addition to her legal practice, Quadrozzi contributes to the community through her service on the boards of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) and the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority. As a GLWA board member, Quadrozzi represents Oakland County and plays a vital role in overseeing an organization that supplies nearly 40 percent of Michigan’s population with high-quality water and efficient wastewater services.
Quadrozzi is a University of Michigan Law School graduate and is admitted to practice in Michigan, Illinois, and California, and before numerous federal district and appellate courts.
