Varnum received 65 metropolitan rankings in the latest edition of “Best Law Firms,” published by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers®. The 2019 report was released November 1.
“Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes evaluations by clients and lawyers, peer review from leading attorneys in their field and information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process.
During the interview process, clients and peers were asked to evaluate firms based on responsiveness, understanding of the client’s business and its needs, cost-effectiveness, integrity and civility, as well as whether they would refer a matter to the firm and/or consider the firm a worthy competitor.
