Varnum partner Tim Gordon has been named to the Board of Directors for John Ball Zoo. Founded in 1891, John Ball Zoo is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation with a mission to inspire the community to be actively engaged in the conservation and preservation of wildlife and wild places.
Gordon is a member of Varnum’s Business and Corporate Services Team, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies and venture capital, and general corporate counseling and representation. He represents public and private U.S. and multinational companies, private equity firms, and venture funds in a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic investment transactions. He joined Varnum in 2021.
