Paralegal/eDiscovery Specialist

Cathy is a member of the Litigation and Trial Services Team, with extensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation. She focuses on implementing litigation support technology throughout the legal process, including electronic discovery, complex document management and trial presentation/assistance.

Cathy is experienced with various elements of case workup, such as investigation, research, discovery and exhibit preparation. Additionally, she drafts court pleadings, including interrogatories, discovery responses, answers to complaints, motions and briefs. She also has a strong background in legal and technical research, preparing detailed memoranda.

Managing the firm’s eDiscovery Department, Cathy oversees data collection, processing, analytics, workflow review, document analysis, data production, training and legal compliance. As part of this role, she supports and guides litigation teams through the eDiscovery process, implementing best practices to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Cathy is certified and highly experienced in RelativityOne, the industry-leading eDiscovery platform for legal document review and production.
