Chris offers comprehensive legal services tailored to the unique needs of homeowners and condominium associations. His expertise includes drafting, revising and amending governing documents, reviewing contracts, resolving disputes and enforcing covenants to ensure compliance with community rules.

Recognizing the importance of strong leadership and continuing education for his clients, Chris frequently leads certification courses for newly elected board members, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities to foster successful community governance.

Chris is an experienced litigator and has a background in contract law, insurance and workers’ compensation matters. He formerly served as General Counsel for the Division of Workers’ Compensation of the Florida Department of Financial Services.
